These terms cover the PresenAIT marketing website and, together with any order or subscription you accept, the PresenAIT software.

Content is general information about PresenAIT. Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access.
The product
Paid use of PresenAIT is billed in AUD, subject to plan limits (including the $30/month minimum and Lite staff cap). A trial may be offered. You are responsible for how your organisation uses clock, roster and compliance data — including Fair Work and privacy obligations to your staff.
What PresenAIT is not
PresenAIT does not process payroll, STP or pay runs. Export files are for you to use in your payroll system. Website copy is not legal or industrial-relations advice.
Intellectual property
PresenAIT, RosterAIT, CompliAIT and related marks belong to DataAIT Solutions Pty Ltd or licensors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for loss from use of this website. Product liability is set out in your subscription agreement.
